Our Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fastportfolio. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will do whatever we can to make sure that this is the case. In the event that you are not satisfied, however, you may return your purchase for a prompt, hassle-free refund subject to the Return Policy shown below:

Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Products are not eligible for return more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date. At your option, the products eligible for return may be either exchanged for other products or you will be provided with a refund. We will issue your replacement or refund, and contact you with a confirmation, the same day your return reaches our warehouse. Shipping fees from the original order will be refunded only if the products are defective.

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. To request an RA number, please contact Fastportfolio by calling 415-290-7797 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm, Pacific Time, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. All RA numbers are valid for ten days and must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Without an RA number, your shipment cannot be accepted at our warehouse. We recommend that you ship the products being returned via UPS, FedEx or other shipping service that provides tracking information and insurance, as Fastportfolio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment. Please enclose a note explaining why you are making the return and indicating how you would like for us to handle it (replacement, refund, etc). A copy of the original packing slip must be included with all returns. Please pack your return carefully, preferably in its original packaging, to ensure that it arrives safely at our warehouse.

If you received damaged item(s), you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged merchandise. In the case you do not report the damaged merchandise within the 48 hours window, the merchandise is not returnable. If your merchandise was damaged in transit on its way to your location, first call the carrier (UPS or FedEx) immediately to report the damage, and then call us to arrange for an immediate replacement or refund. You must keep the box and packing materials because UPS may need to see them.
